This is a Request for Information (RFI) regarding a requirement to provide acquisition support services consisting of all aspects of the Financial Assistance process from pre-federal award requirements to post-federal award requirements in accordance with 2 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) 200 Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards; 2 CFR 1402 Financial Assistance Interior Regulation, Supplementing the Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards; and applicable regulations and policies. It is anticipated that all financial assistance acquisition support services will be remote and not require a presence or travel to Herndon, VA. The Acquisition Services Directorate (AQD) is seeking financial assistance acquisition support services to assist with AQD's customer service delivery requirements. As a leading federal acquisition shared service provider, it is critical to source highly qualified financial assistance acquisition support resources for AQDs diversified customer base and accommodate surges in customer requirements The subject requirement is being issued by the Department of the Interior (DOI), Interior Business Center (IBC), AQD as the contracting authority on behalf of the DOI. The Government anticipates making one or more awards, with a one-year base period and two one-year options, from approximately 12/1/2023 through 11/30/2026.
