This Pre-Solicitation Notice is being issued by the Department of Interior, Acquisition Services Directorate (AQD), Interior Business Center (IBC), on behalf of the DOI Office of Facilities and Administrative Services (OFAS). The objective of this acquisition is to establish an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract to acquire professional roofing services for roofing inspections and as needed repairs for the DOI Main Interior Building (MIB), located in Washington D.C. There is no solicitation at this time. The DOI expects to issue a competitive solicitation no later than August 25, 2023, below is information regarding the upcoming solicitation. Set Aside: The solicitation will be set-aside 100% for small business concerns. NAICS Code: 238160, Roofing Contractors Size Standard: $19M Estimated Ceiling: $450,000 The Wage Rate Requirements (Construction) are applicable, and the appropriate Wage Determination(s) will be included in the solicitation. A Request for Proposal solicitation package will be available electronically at www.sam.gov. Interested offerors are responsible for monitoring www.sam.gov for the release of the solicitation package and any solicitation amendments. The government will not provide paper copies or email the solicitation.
