The Department of Interior (DOI), Interior Business Center (IBC), Acquisition Services Directorate (AQD) on behalf of Health and Human Services (HHS), Indian Health Services(IHS), is preparing to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) for Web Support Services. This requirement is being set-aside 100% in accordance with the Buy Indian Act for Indian-Owned Small Business Economic Enterprises only. The NAICS code is 541512, Computer Systems Design Services, with a size standard of$30 million. This requirement is being procured in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 15, as supplemented and is anticipated to result in a firm-fixed price (FFP) contract. This requirement involves performing work as defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) (Solicitation Attachment 1). Along with this synopsis is the draft solicitation and attachments. These are being provided in an effort to allow a review of the updated PWS and to allow for questions to be asked prior to the release of the solicitation. The Government anticipates awarding to the offeror who provides the best value based on the evaluation criteria which is outlined in the solicitation. Evaluation of interested firms will be based on the following: 1)Technical a. Staffing Plan b. Quality Assurance Plan c. Section 508 Compliance 2) Past Performance 3) Price The solicitation package will include the Solicitation Forms (SF1449), Performance Work Statement and other attachments as required. Documents are anticipated to be posted to SAM.gov | Contract Opportunities on or around 11/15/2022. Contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at https://www.sam.gov in order to participate in this requirement. Payments will be made via Electronic Funds Transfer using the data within the SAM registration database.
