This solicitation is for the acquisition of Project Management Service Office Support for the Financial Management Directorate Management Office. It is anticipated that this solicitation will result in the award of multiple contracts. A portion of this requirement will be competed as an unrestricted competition with the potential for making approximately 2 - 4 awards. Another portion of this requirement will be competed as a small business set-aside potentially resulting in 2 - 4 awards with a preference to Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise (ISBEE). ----------- Amendment 1 - The purpose of this amendment is to clarify several personnel identifications, make a change to the PWS, provide answers to questions. ----------- Amendment 2 - The purpose of this amendment is to provide answers to questions, make changes to the proposal instructions and evaluation factors, and make a change to the Pricing Excel Spreadsheet.
