This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation (SF 1449) will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the FAR and the Health and Human Services Acquisition Regulation (HHSAR). This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13 and the resulting purchase order will be Firm Fixed Price (FFP).
