AutoPulse System wPass Thru NOTICE OF INTENT This is a notice of intent to solicit from a single source. The Department of Interior (DOI), Acquisition Services Directorate (AQD) on behalf of Indian Health Service (IHS) intends to award a Purchase Order to After Action Medical and Dental Supply LLC., 4444 Decatur Blvd, Suite 100, Indianapolis, IN 46241, for a AutoPulse System wPass Thru. Award will be made in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-1(b) and the procedures at FAR Part 12 entitled, Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13 entitled, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. To the knowledge of the Acquisition Services Directorate (AQD), After Action Medical and Dental Supply LLC., is the only small business authorized by the manufacturer (Zoll) to sell the required equipment and provide manufacturer certified training on how to utilize this equipment effectively, efficiently, and most of all safely and in the manner that was determined by the manufacturer (Zoll) for patient care. The purpose of this notice is to satisfy the requirements of FAR Subpart 5.2. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. However, all responsible parties may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. No solicitation will be issued. A determination not to compete this action based upon responses received is in the sole discretion of the Government. The NAICS code 334510, Electromedical and Electrotherapeutic Apparatus Manufacturing, and PSC 6515, Medical and Surgical Instruments, Equipment, and Supplies: Medical, Dental, Veterinary Eqpt., apply to this announcement.
