This requirement is a sole source follow-on contract for brand name specific Aspen Technology, Inc. gas and royalty software, aspenONE® Engineering, that can model and analyze natural gas processing plants with various processing technologies as well as estimate the costs (capital and operations/maintenance) associated with equipment within these plants. The requirement includes the following: - A license to a single software package that includes both process/equipment design and cost estimation. For instance, a plant simulation module, a simulation workbook and an economic package all with one license fee. - Full access to upgrades, patches, and new features. - Live and online training and technical support as needed. In addition, online training and support needs to be integrated into the software. - Demonstration and justification behind cost estimates and other outputs to ONRR for verification.
