Amendment 3 is issued to post answers to questions. ---------------------------------------- Amendment 2 is issued to post answers to questions and change the due date for proposals to August 25, 2022. ---------------------------------------- Amendment 1 is issued to correct the RFP number to 140D0422R0072, change the due date for questions to August 8, 2022, and post answers to several initial questions. ---------------------------------------- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Contractor will be required to conduct laboratory analysis of urine, oral, and breath specimens in order to detect the presence of marijuana (THC), cocaine, opioids, amphetamines and phencyclidine (PCP), and/or alcohol. The Contractor is also required to provide quantization results to the Medical Review Officer (MRO) when requested, transmit test results to the MRO, DOI, and affiliated agencies, retest specimens when required, and maintain the proper laboratory certifications in accordance with Health and Human Services (HHS) Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services (SAMHSA), and Department of Transportation (DOT) guidelines.
