AIRCRAFT FLEET MAINTENANCE IN SUPPORT OF DOI WITHIN THE LOWER 48 The purpose of this amendment to the pre-solicitation notice is to provide a DRAFT copy of the solicitation. The solicitation is anticipated to be issued by September 1, 2022. Interested vendors are encouraged to contact the Contracting Officer, Xanthe Otterstedt at xanthe_otterstedt@ibc.doi.gov if there are any concerns pertaining to the draft solicitation. Vendors will have an opportunity to submit questions during the solicitation period. No questions will be answered during pre-solicitation; however, changes to the solicitation may be made prior to solicitation release. The document posted is a DRAFT. A concurrent 100 percent small business set aside solicitation will be issued under solicitation number 140D8022R0004 for the same locations as this solicitation; preference will be given to small business. Offerors who are small business need to only respond to solicitation 140D8022R0004.
