Provides an additional slight extension due to the Federal Holiday. No additional extensions shall be provided. ------------------------------------------- The Office of Hearings and Appeals (OHA) requires a quantity of 10 Multi-Function Devices (MFDs) at 7 locations across the country. The OHA is divided into two divisions: Probate Hearings Division (PHD), which contains five Offices located in Albuquerque, Billings, Rapid City, Sacramento and Twin Cities and Departmental Cases Hearings Division (DCHD) Arlington and Salt Lake City. PHD serves at the Department¿s administrative trial court for Indian Probate Cases and DCHD serves as the Department¿s administrative trial court for cases involving lands and resources under the Department¿s jurisdiction. OHA is responsible for providing a forum for parties who are affected by the decisions of the Department¿s Offices. The mission of OHA is supported through the use of Office Automation Systems and multi-functional devices (MFD). PHD and DCHD handle a significant amount of cases. The MFDs are an integral part of our case file management, by enabling the digital scanning of case files, which are integrated into the contracted scanning of archived case files. The Government intends to make a single (all or none), firm-fixed- price task order for a 12 month period with two (2) option years to cover both the leasing of the MFDs, supply of consumables, and necessary maintenance. The maintenance shall also cover the finisher equipment (Stapler, 2-hole, three-hole punch). The Government is issuing this sources sought and request for information (RFI) to identify potential suppliers and gather input from industry regarding the availability of solutions in accordance with the attached statement of work (SOW).
