The correct information is as follows: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is issued as a(n) RFQ. This solicitation document, incorporated provisions, and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) FAC 2022-07, effective 08/10/2022. Notice of Set-Aside This solicitation is a total small business set aside under NAICS 333924 Industrial Truck, Tractor, Trailer and Stacker Machinery Manufacturing, size standard 750. All responsible small business concerns under this set-aside may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. Description The Department of the Interior's Acquisition Services Directorate, on behalf of the National Parks Service (NPS), seeks a contractor to provide a tractor with attachments. The U.S. National Park Service (NPS), George Washington Memorial Parkway (GWMP) requires a 4x4 tractor with long arm attachment to replace a 4x4 tractor with long arm attachment that is no longer serviceable. The provision 52.211-6 Brand Name or Equal applies to this requirement. The make and model cited is for reference purposes to provide a basis for specifications. All equivalent offers will be considered.
