This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is issued as a(n) RFQ. This solicitation document, incorporated provisions, and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) FAC 2022-06 May 1, 2022. Notice of Set-Aside: This solicitation is 100% Small Business set aside under NAICS 541690 Other Scientific and Consulting Services, size standard $16.50 M. All responsible small business concerns under this set-aside may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. Description The Department of the Interior's Acquisition Services Directorate, on behalf of the Secretary's Indian Water Rights Office (SIWRO), seeks a contractor for economic consultation services. Unless otherwise specified the F.O.B. point is destination. Anticipated Award The Government anticipates awarding a Firm-fixed-price contract within 30 days of the close of this solicitation.
