The Bureau of Trust Funds Administration (BTFA) is seeking services to develop an internal /external web portal solution in support of the Office of Trust Records (OTR) Digital Center of Excellence (DCE). The portal herein known as the ¿Gateway¿ will serve as the main digital records interface for BTFA¿s American Indian Records Repository (AIRR). The Gateway will serve BTFA, BIA, BIE, and the Office of the Assistant Secretary-Indian Affairs for all Indian trust records. The Gateway will function as a digital research and distribution center for those seeking access to digital fiduciary tribal records and general records. The Gateway will also serve as the main interface for the DCE and reside in a FISMA-moderate cloud instance provided by the BTFA. The Gateway will replace existing commercial platforms and address operational and programmatic changes impacted by COVID-19. This RFQ is set-aside for Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise (ISBEE) and Indian Economic Enterprise (IEE) businesses.
