Amendment 0001 is to post Attachment 8 - Questions and Answers. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is issued as an RFQ. This solicitation document, incorporated provisions, and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2021-05 March 10, 2021. Notice of Set-Aside This solicitation is a total small business set aside under NAICS 611430 Professional and Management Development Training, size standard $12.0 Million. All responsible small business concerns under this set aside may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. Description The Department of the Interior's Acquisition Services Directorate, on behalf of the Department of the Interior University, seeks a contractor to provide Tribal Consultation Training services. See Section 1 of the SF-1449 for a list of line items. Anticipated Award The Government anticipates awarding a single firm-fixed-price indefinite delivery indefinite quantity contract within 30 days of the close of this solicitation. Provisions The following provisions apply to this acquisition. See Section 4 of the SF-1449 for applicable addenda and complete list of provisions. FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation -- Commercial Items The Offeror shall complete only paragraph (b) of 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications --Commercial Items if the Offeror has completed the annual representations and certification electronically in the System for Award Management (SAM) accessed through https://www.sam.gov. If the Offeror has not completed the annual representations and certifications electronically, the Offeror shall complete only paragraphs (c) through (u)) of this provision. Response Submission Submit responses via email to the Government Points of contact on or before 3pm EST 7/9/2021. Government Points of Contact The Contracting Officer (CO) and the Contract Specialist are the sole points of contact during the conduct of this procurement.
