This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is issued as a(n) RFQ. This solicitation document, incorporated provisions, and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) FAC 2020-07 August 3, 2020. Notice of Set-Aside This solicitation is an Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise set aside under NAICS 334112 Computer Storage Device Manufacturing, size standard 1,250. All responsible small business concerns under this set-aside may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. Description The Department of the Interior's Acquisition Services Directorate, on behalf of the Office of Special Trustee for American Indians seeks a contractor to supply server hardware. See Section 1 of the SF-1449 for a list of line item number(s) and items, quantities, units of measure, option(s) (if applicable) and delivery information. Unless otherwise specified the F.O.B. point is destination. Anticipated Award The Government anticipates awarding a Firm-fixed-price contract within 30 days of the close of this solicitation. If the Offeror has not completed the annual representations and certifications electronically, the Offeror shall complete only paragraphs (c) through (u)) of this provision.
