Total Small Business Set-Aside Requirements: San Ildefonso Day School (Please see Attachments) Remove old existing rooftop HVAC units on building #701 and replace with two (2) new 5 ton rooftop HVAC units, the HVAC units shall be gas and electric operated. All connections from the HVAC units shall be made to the existing ductwork. The contractor shall furnish hail guards, economizer, duct transitions and connections. The contractor shall maintain the connections to the smoke alarm system. The contractor shall test the new HVAC units to be 100% operational. The contractor shall provide training to designated staff on new operational changes.
