Total Small Business Set-Aside Requirements: HVAC Duct Cleaning Services Air Duct Cleaning- Full negative air sweep of entire system. Air scrubbing surface of ducts and pulling contaminants into a multi-filtered dust collector. Negative air cleaning is the method recommended by the Nation Air Duct Cleaner's Association (NADCA). Gym (Gym, bilingual music, and cafeteria areas). Approximately 160 return/supply vents, approximately 175 linear feet of air ducts in gym.
