THIS ACQUISITION IS FOR 100% NATIVE OWNED SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE UNDER THE BUY INDIAN ACT (25 U.S.C.). The offeror represents as part of its offer that [ ] does [ ] does not meet the definition of Indian economic enterprise as defined in 14.80.201. Propane will be delivered to Santa Rosa Day School, HC 01, Box 8400, Sells, Arizona 85634 on as needed basis. Point of Contacts will contact Vendor for delivery of propane. Only POC or Alternate POC is authorized to request propane delivery from vendor. In case of an emergency, vendor will be asked to respond and fill tanks within twenty-four (24) hours of agency notification. The due date for responses to this RFQ shall be sent via email to karen.cooper@bia.gov, no later than 3:00 PM Eastern Time, December 29, 2020. Any submissions received after the date and time specified herein will NOT be considered for award. Quotes must be submitted through email to karen.cooper@bia.gov. Any other method of submission will NOT be considered. Please allow time for any delays that may impact submitting your quote. Requirements: PROPANE DELIVERY SERVICES TO SANTA ROSA DAY SCHOOL Vendor will provide all labor, equipment, supplies, materials, and incidentals, except as otherwise noted herein, necessary for the Purchase and Delivery of Propane for the following locations: 1 - (30,000) gallon tank at Santa Rosa Day School Vendor will be notified forty-eight (48) hours in advance by the agency point of contact to deliver propane as needed. Estimated gallons and delivery locations are as follows: January - December: 8,000-30,000 gallons for the location listed above on as needed basis. Note: Very minimal propane will be needed in Spring and Summer months. The gallons identified above, during the time frame from January through December, reflects the total gallons that may be required during this entire time frame (not per month) for all locations. The vendor will be notified 24 hours in advance if propane is needed.
