THIS ACQUISITION IS FOR 100% NATIVE OWNED SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE UNDER THE BUY INDIAN ACT (25 U.S.C.). The offeror represents as part of its offer that it [ ] does [ ] does not meet the definition of Indian economic enterprise as defined in 14.80.201. Requirements: Haskell Indian Nations University located in Lawrence, Kansas Library Textbook Services per Academic Semester Contractors will not be on campus. No background checks are needed. Services and drop off points will occur at Haskell Indian Nations University building #127, Tommaney Library. The Contractor will ship textbooks to students, on or off campus. Company will create an online campus bookstore to select their course materials in all formats available: eBook, new, used, or rental. The Contractor will ship textbooks to students, on or off campus. Company will provide course material changes and customer service to utilize products. Contractor will provide shipping return labels for rental materials. Contractor will provide training to library staff for the local textbook distribution and equipment. The price is variable due to the faculty's choice in title and the number of students are enrolled. Products, prices, and services must promote confidence that the University community is obtaining the best possible combination of quality, customer service and price. -Experienced in at least a decade of contract textbook services. -Build a storefront online bookstore. -Provide online access to free shipping and use services. -Accept orders online and by phone -Provide customer support and technical services. -Provide Marketing. Accept orders online, by phone. -Offer $5.00 expedited shipping upgrade on orders shipped to students residence. -Offer training and equipment to library staff for distribution and return. -Staff will be trained to distribute shipped items The due date for responses to this RFQ shall be sent via email to karen.cooper@bia.gov, no later than 15:00 PM Eastern Time, December 11, 2020 be considered for award.
