THIS ACQUISITION IS FOR 100% NATIVE OWNED SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE UNDER THE BUY INDIAN ACT (25 U.S.C.). The offeror represents as part of its offer that it [ ] does [ ] does not meet the definition of Indian economic enterprise as defined in 14.80.201. Requirements: To provide Physical Therapy Services identified special education students or those referred for possible special education services attending BIE schools(San Simon School, Santa Rosa Day School, Santa Rosa Ranch School, and Tohono O¿odham High School) on the Tohono O¿odham Reservation. The due date for responses to this RFQ shall be sent via email to karen.cooper@bia.gov, no later than 15:00 AM Eastern Time, October 29, 2020. Any submissions received after the date and time specified herein will NOT be considered for award. Quotes must be submitted through email to karen.cooper@bia.gov.
