The Government will make award to responsible vendors whose quote conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price, technical/Quality and past performance factors considered as described below. Evaluation Approach. The Government will evaluate quotations in accordance with the evaluation process outlined in FAR 13.106-2 (b) (3).
