Small Business Set Aside Specifications: Math Consulting Services Contractor shall provide professional development, coaching, technical assistance, and leadership development in order to improve student achievement on district and state assessments. Period of Performance: 08/01/2020 to 07/31/2021 Statement of Work: Professional Development and Consulting Services Kaibeto Boarding School, Highway 98, Kaibeto, AZ is in need of a contractor to provide professional development, coaching, technical assistance, and leadership development in order to improve student achievement on district and state assessments. These services will begin 08/01/2020 through 07/31/2021. Services will be on-site for the teachers. 1. Professional Development and Math Consulting services at Kaibeto Boarding School for 16 days from the time of contract approval through July 31, 2021. Preferably contractor will be available 2 times per month, however, due to schedule conflicts, school breaks, mandatory testing, etc. this may not always be possible and visits will have to be scheduled around these events. 2.Prepare and provide a comprehensive report (3 - 5 pages) to Kaibeto Boarding School, P.O. Box 1420, Kaibeto AZ 86053 3.Provide professional development goals that must align with the Navajo District goals and requirements. 4.Provide on-site consultation visits to observe math program and intervention programs, to model and co-teach lessons, to provide lesson studies and other professional development support designed to meet identified school needs. 5.Provide instructional strategies that benefit English Language Learners, assessment strategies effective ways to differentiate and to analyze and utilize formative and summative assessment data. 6.Provide support on anchor charts, mathematics journals, talks moves, writing and deconstructed standards to support a systemic approach to mathematic instructions. 7.Provide a copy of their state certification to Kaibeto Boarding School. 8.The provider must have an approved security background investigation clearance; and 9.Be aware that once the award is made, additional service days, assessments, etc. will not be allowed without first receiving the modification approval from the contracting office. OTHER REQUIREMENTS: Contractor must provide name of the service provider who will be assigned to Kaibeto Boarding School. The due date for responses to this RFQ shall be sent via email to karen.cooper@bia.gov, no later than 5:00 PM Eastern Time, Monday, June 29, 2020. Any submissions received after the date and time specified herein will NOT be considered for award. Quotes must be submitted through email to karen.cooper@bia.gov.
