Will the school need a one time clean or multiple cycles? Gov't Response: This is a contract for a one time Disinfection as defined by CDC disinfection guidelines for schools. Q2. Do you have a copy of the floor plan of the school? Gov't Response: Yes. It is attached however only the space specified in the SOW will require disinfection. Q3. Will there be carpet, tile, etc involved in the floor cleaning? Gov't Response: This is a contract for a one time Disinfection as defined by CDC disinfection guidelines for schools. The contractor is encouraged to familiarize themselves with the CDC criteria for disinfection of school buildings. These guidelines do not require the disinfection of floors, only the cleaning of floors. Contractor should assume only hard surface floors will require cleaning. Q4. While cleaning the bathrooms, will the agency require us to put back hand soap, paper towels, empty trash cans and put trash bags? Gov't Response: Bathrooms should be both cleaned and disinfected. Q5. What is the hours of access to the school to provide the cleaning service? Gov't Response: Access will be provided from 8am to 5pm each weekday. Q6. Will we be an essential worker for this project? Gov't Response: You will be considered essential. Q7. -Does this require a prevailing wage or union firm?? Gov't Response: This is a service contract therefore the Services Wages rates do apply. Q8. -Description of surfaces Gov't Response: All hard vinyl tile and wood gym floor. 150 sf of carpet in 2nd floor office. Q9 -Scope of work to include steps Gov't Response: No steps included Q10 -# bathrooms , do they require paper/soap/cover/urinal cake restock (who provides inventory) Gov't Response: 2 x 300 sf bathrooms on first floor and 2x 150 sf Restrooms on second floor. School will restock all bathroom inventory. Q11 -Reliner cans or just empty trash Gov't Response: Remove trash and liners. Do not replace with fresh liners. OR Q12 -Does this just require electrostatic spraying of sterilizer? Gov't Response: No. Disinfection as described by CDC is required. Additionally: Q13 -Is this a one time project? Do they want return trips, if so what frequency? Gov't Response: One time disinfection, due to the COVID-19 Pandemic. Q14 -What hours can we access the facility? Gov't Response: 7 days a week from 8 am to 5pm. School Floor plans are included as an attachment. ALL OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS TO REMAIN THE SAME.
