Description: The following is requested: Calling Plan: Domestic America¿s Choice for Government Voice and Data Plans 400 Number of Lines: 14 Number of Minutes: 400 Pooled Domestic Voice minutes, unlimited domestic mobile to mobile, Equipment: 14 each: Apple iPhone 11, 64 GB, Vehicle Charger iPhone II Case, Color Blk Government: Furnished Property: NONE Security Requirements: The Contractor will sign in and out at the Administration with temporary passes issued on a daily basis. Place of Performance: Division of Facility Management & Safety of Occupational, Dept., Albuquerque, NM. END OF STATEMENT OF WORK Award will be made to the lowest priced offeror, who's quote conforming to the requirements herein, will be most advantageous to the Government, and is fair and reasonable. This will be a Fixed Price Contract with Economic Price Adjustments.
