AMENDMENT No. 0001 is for Solicitation No. 140A2320Q00081 The purpose of this amendment is to: 1) Incorporate a revised price quotation schedule in Section B.4. Offerors must resubmit price quotations in accordance with the revised schedule in order to be considered for award. 2) Add section H.12 to include Tribal Tax Requirements and/or Restrictions. 3) Remind offerors to submit two (2) separate proposal volumes. (I) Technical Proposal and (II) Price. Proposals must follow the instructions and meet the standards stated in Section L & M of the solicitation to be considered for award. 4) Change the quotation due date to: 18 March 2020 before 4:00pm CST. 5) Offerors must sign and return this amendment as part of their proposal package in order to be considered for award. All changes to the terms and conditions have been highlighted in yellow for the ease of identification. All other items remain unchanged.
