Indian Affairs (IA) is issuing a Pre-Solicitation Notice for its Architect-Engineer Multiple Award Contract (AE-MAC) THE WORK CONSISTS OF: full range of architectural and engineering services including studies, investigations, surveying and mapping, tests, evaluations, consultations, comprehensive planning, program management, conceptual designs, plans and specifications, value engineering, construction phase services, soils engineering, drawing reviews, preparation of operating and maintenance manuals, and other related services. The selected firms will be responsible for all labor, supervision, engineering, design, materials, equipment, tools, parts, supplies, and transportation to perform the services described in the Statements of Work (SOWs) for each individual project. IA is targeting the award of ten (10) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts to Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises (ISBEEs). The total price for all contracts combined will not exceed $150,000,000.00 for the five-year life of the contracts. Firm-fixed-price (FFP) task orders will be issued as the need arises during the contract ordering period for locations throughout the Continental United States (CONUS). This is not a Request for Proposal (RFP) at this time. The solicitation requirements and contract documents, to include instructions for submission, and the response date will be available on or about February 10, 2023. Neither telephonic, mailed nor faxed requests for hard copies of this solicitation will be accepted. The solicitation will only be available online; in order to download the solicitation offerors must access the Contract Opportunities website (www.SAM.gov). This procurement is set-aside for Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises (ISBEEs). The applicable NAICS code is 541330, Engineering Services, with a Small Business Size Standard of $25.5 Million. ALL VENDORS MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE REGISTRATION IN SAM.GOV AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED. ANY OFFEROR THAT DOES NOT HAVE AN ACTIVE SAM.GOV REGISTRATION WILL BE REJECTED AS NON-RESPONSIVE.
