This is a Pre-Solicitation Notice to notify small business companies the Government has a requirement for an Epoxy Floor Refinish and Repair at Chemawa Indian School, Salem, Oregon 97305. All work will be performed in accordance with a Statement of Work (SOW). This description of work is for general information only. It is not our intention to describe every feature of items of work or to define the scope of work. The solicitation will be a Request for Quotation (RFQ) solicitation. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. Award will be made utilizing the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) approach to the Government in accordance with FAR 15 and FAR 36. The Government reserves the right to award a contract to the lowest priced offeror, whose proposal conforms to the requirements contained in the RFQ and whose offer will be the most advantageous to the Government. The NAICS Code for this project is 238320. In accordance with FAR 36.204, Disclosure of the Magnitude of Construction Project, the magnitude of this project is (C) Between $25,000 and $100,000. The estimated period of performance will be for 30 days from the issuance of the Notice to Proceed. For this Pre-Solicitation Notice closing date and time is Wednesday, July 22, 2020, 4:00 p.m. Mountain Time.
