This is a pre-solicitation notice to notify Small Business Companies the Government has a requirement for the installation of two exterior digital LED signs at Southwestern Indian Polytechnic Institute in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The project shall include but shall not be limited to the following: Contractor shall provide all labor, tools, supervision, and incidentals necessary to provide the construction of the LED digital marquees, campus signage, which will be constructed and housed in such a way to give maximum visibility to visitors, students and staff. Sign #1 will consist of a 2-sided marquee, housed in a weather proof enclosure with a concrete footing. Sign #2 will consist of a one-sided marque, housed in a weather proof enclosure with a concrete footing. And to include the removal of the existing marquee. Requirement also to include all electrical hookups. This description of work is for general information only. It is not our intention to describe every feature of items of work or to define the scope of work. The solicitation will be a Request for Proposal (RFP) solicitation. This is a 100% Small Business Set Aside. Award will be made utilizing the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) Best Value approach to the Government in accordance with FAR 15. The Government reserves the right to award a contract to the lowest priced offeror, whose quote conforming to the requirements herein, will be the most advantageous to the Government, price and is considered fair and reasonable to the technical qualification and responsible offeror. The NAICS Code for this project is 238990. In accordance with FAR 36.204, Disclosure of the Magnitude of Construction Project, the magnitude of this project is (b) Between $25,000 and $100,000.00. The period of performance will be for 90 days from the issuance of the Notice to Proceed. For this Pre Solicitation Notice closing date and time is August 14, 2019, 12:00 p.m. Mountain Time.
