This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This procurement is being set aside 100% for Native American Owned businesses in accordance with the Buy Indian Act Regulations/Notice of Indian small business Economic Enterprise set aside 1452.280-1 (DIAR Clause) IMPORTANT: Vendors are required to qualify under the NAICS code 532490 and have said code notated in their SAM profile in order to participate in this solicitation. The Solicitation No. is 140A1619Q0150 and is a Request for Quotations. The Solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95, January 13, 2017. Haskell Indian Nations University intends to issue a Request for Quotation (RFQ) to award a single, firm fixed-price contract for the lease/maintenance services of washers and dryers for one (1) base year plus four (4) year option periods. Contractors are requested to provide the following as part of their quote: 1. A cost quote for the periods: Base Period of Performance: 07/01/2019 ¿06/31/2020 Option 1 Period of Performance: 07/01/2020 ¿ 06/31/2021 Option 2 Period of Performance: 07/01/2021 ¿ 06/31/2022 Option 3 Period of Performance: 07/01/2022 ¿ 06/31/2023 Option 4 Period of Performance: 07/01/2023 ¿06/31/2024 2. Evidence of contractor's experience working on similar projects of this size and scope. 3. Letters of support from contractor's previous clients and/or contracts. All of the above items must be included or quote may be rejected as nonresponsive to this solicitation. All quotes are due May 17, 2019, by 2:00pm Central Standard time and should include the following; 1. Quote - Accordance to the attached Scope of Work 2. DIAR 1452.280-4, certifying that you met the definition of an Indian Economic Enterprise. AWARD: Contractors are obligated to quote on all lines. Quote should include specifications for each item to determine that they meet what is specified. Offeror whose quotation, in conforming to this RFQ, provides an overall best value to the Government, price and other factors considered.
