Amendment No. 1 - Canal Irrigation Headgates for Bureau of Indian Affairs - Flathead Irrigation Project The purpose of this Amendment No. 1 is to clarify this requirement and reiterate the documents that must be submitted via the UNISON platform for your quote to be considered for award. Amendment No. 1 also extends the due date for submission of quotes. If you previously submitted a quote via UNISON, you will be required to re-submit your quote. Please see below for the clarifications: 1. All quotes must be submitted via the UNISON platform at the link below. Quotes will not be accepted via email, US mail, hand-delivery, or any other carrier or method. 2. All quotes must include a spec sheet showing the make and model # of the proposed item. There is a brand name justification that applies to all line items; only XCAD Xgate brand items will be considered for award. Quotes that do not include a spec sheet will be removed from consideration for award. 3. All quotes must include warranty information, including warranty duration, of proposed items. 4. This requirement is set aside for Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises (ISBEEs). Vendors must submit the ISBEE representation form with their quote. Quotes that do not include the signed ISBEE form will be removed from consideration for award. 5. Vendors must include past performance with their quote. Vendors who do not submit past performance information may be considered for award but will be rated neutrally. Please describe your company's experience delivering similar headgates. Include a list of the Purchase Order #, government agency or customer name, and point of contact name and telephone #. New due date for quotes: All quotes are due no later than 5 pm ET on Thursday, June 11, 2020. Quotes shall only be considered if they are submitted via the UNISON platform under UNISON Buy #1025152_01 (see link to this Buy# below); Vendors shall not use the form SF1449 to submit quotes.
