Z--Irrigation Canal Lining Maintenance and Repair for Colorado Rive - Irrigation
The Bureau of Indian Affairs, Colorado River Agency, is conducting market research to identify qualified ISBEE/IEE firms capable of maintaining and repairing about 140 miles of existing canal lining at the Colorado River Indian Irrigation Project (CRIIP), including broken or missing concrete segments. Most lining repair work occurs during dry-up periods: Lateral 90 for one week in early December, the Main Canal for two weeks in mid-January, and Lateral 73 for one week in mid-February; the contract would run for 12 months and require on-call emergency response. The vendor must move equipment and personnel to CRIIP within 48 hours of an emergency notification, repair as many as 30 locations per day, remove and prep damaged concrete, place Government-supplied Gunite, and provide 4'X4" wire available at the CRIIP Poston Yard. Interested ISBEE/IEE vendors are invited to submit a capability statement covering company information, CAGE/UEI, business status under NAICS 238110, tailored capabilities, past performance, logistics and emergency processes, and ability to meet daily, weekly, and emergency requirements, limited to 10 pages with no pricing required. This notice is for planning purposes only and does not commit the Government to any contract or award.
