REPLACE FURNACE/PROPANE SYSTEM

This is a Sources Sought notice for market research to identify qualified Indian Economic Enterprises (IEEs) capable of replacing a fuel oil furnace with a propane heating system at a Bureau of Indian Affairs building in Owyhee, Nevada. The project is classified under NAICS code 238220 (Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors) with a size standard of $19 million. Interested and eligible IEEs must submit a capability statement, including a completed IEE Representation Form, by the specified due date. This notice is not a solicitation and does not obligate the Government to issue a contract.
