SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ***The Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) is seeking qualified Indian Economic Enterprises (IEE) to determine if there is sufficient interest to set aside this requirement. THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL OR INVITATION FOR BID. THIS DOES NOT CONSTITUTE A SOLICITATION AND SHALL NOT BE CONSTRUED AS A COMMITMENT BY BIA. Project Name: Propane Delivery Service Location: Truxton Canon Agency, 13067 E HWY 66, Valentine, AZ 86437 NAICS: 324110 Description of Services: Service contract to provide an uninterruptible supply of LP gas at Truxton Canon Agency See attached Statement of Work for further information. SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS: Respondents shall include the following information in response to this Sources Sought: 1) Name of Prime Contractor (include name of subcontractors if applicable and include the percentage and type of work that will be self-performed on this project) 2) Company Address 3) Unique Entity Identifier SAM (uei SAM) Number 4) Socioeconomic category (Indian-owned, Woman-owned, 8(a), HUBZone, Service Disabled Veteran, etc) 5) Point of Contact (include direct telephone number and email address) 6) IEE Representation Form (attached) 7) Capabilities and experience that describes recent and RELEVANT past performance for these types of services. The Government reserves the right to schedule select follow-up capabilities briefings with ¿rms who respond. Note: All Businesses working with the BIA MUST have an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) Database. The purpose of this market research is to survey prospective vendors in order to collect data, comments, and other information pertaining to this industry. Upon review of the responses to this source sought notice, BIA will determine if a set-aside (in full or in part) or procurement through full and open competition is in their best interest. Indian owned businesses are encouraged to respond as a prime or subcontractor. BIA is under no obligation to award a contract as a result of this announcement. No funds are available to pay for any information received from potential sources. All information submitted in response to this announcement is strictly voluntary. Only electronic mail will be acceptable for vendor's submissions. No feedback or evaluations will be provided regarding such submissions.
