CRIR CONSOLIDATED BRIDGE NO.3 -CRIT The Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) Western Regional Office is issuing a Pre-Solicitation Notice for its Architect-Engineer services for: CRIR Consolidated Bridge No. 3 bridge design (superstructure and substructure). THE WORK CONSISTS OF: Vendor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and services to perform bridge design (superstructure and substructure) and road design activities to develop plans, specifications, and engineer¿s estimate for the removal and disposal of four (4) existing bridges located over irrigation drainage ditches and the construction of replacement bridges as follows: (1) Project CRIR 30(2), Lateral No. 90 McCabe Bridge - Remove and dispose of existing bridge (No. H020), replace with a simple span precast, prestressed, beam type superstructure, approximately 70 feet in length, with the substructure to be located on the existing alignment of Route 30. (2) Project CRIR 21(5), Lateral No. 90 Bridge - Remove and dispose of existing bridge (No. H025), replace with a simple span precast, prestressed, beam type superstructure, approximately 75 feet in length, with the substructure to be located on the existing alignment of Route 21. (3) Project CRIR 38(1) ¿ U.S.B.R. Drain Bridge - Remove and dispose of existing bridge (No. H027), replace with a simple span precast, prestressed, beam type superstructure, approximately 60 feet in length, with the substructure to be located on the existing alignment of Route 38. (4) Project CRIR 56(3) ¿ Main Drain Bridge - Remove and dispose of existing bridge (No. H034), replace with a simple span precast, prestressed, beam type superstructure, approximately 75 feet in length, with the substructure to be located on the existing alignment of Route 56. Location: The projects are located on the Colorado River Indian Reservation, La Paz County, Arizona. The person responsible for the Plans, Specifications, and Engineers Estimate packages shall be a Professional (Civic) Engineer registered in the State where the project is located. The person responsible for bridge designs shall be a Professional (Structural) Engineer currently registered in the State where the project is located. The person responsible for the survey shall be a Registered Land Surveyor in the State where the project is located and be proficient in preliminary road and bridge project surveying. The person responsible for the investigation and analysis shall be a Professional (Geotechnical) Engineer registered in the State where the project is located. This is not a Request for Proposal (RFP) at this time. The solicitation requirements and contract documents, to include instructions for submission, and the response date will be available on or about April 20, 2023. Neither telephonic, mailed nor faxed requests for hard copies of this solicitation will be accepted. The solicitation will only be available online; in order to download the solicitation offerors must access the Contract Opportunities website (www.SAM.gov). This procurement is set-aside for Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises (ISBEEs). The applicable NAICS code is 541310, ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES, with a Small Business Size Standard of $12.5 Million. ALL VENDORS MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE REGISTRATION IN SAM.GOV AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED. ANY OFFEROR THAT DOES NOT HAVE AN ACTIVE SAM.GOV REGISTRATION WILL BE REJECTED AS NON-RESPONSIVE.
