THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT/REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) NOTICE ONLY. No solicitation exists at this time. This Sources Sought/RFI is released pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 15.201(e) Exchanges with Industry before Receipt of Proposals, and is issued for the purpose of conducting market research. The U.S. Department of Interior, Bureau of Indian Affairs, Western Regional Office (WRO) and Colorado River Agency (CRA) are currently in the acquisition planning phase for: - An interim award for emergency TEMPORARY SHORT TERM award for Weekly Refuse Collection and Disposal Services for no more than two (2) calendar months with services to begin the week of June 21, 2021 and NOT TO EXCEED an End Date of August 21, 2021. - The interim Temporary Short Term award will provide time for the BIA to issue competitive solicitation for an award for Base Year Services with a possible four (4) Options Years. The issue date for the solicitation will be approximately the week of June 21, 2021 and will be issued and posted on SAM.Gov for the public at large. The draft Statement of Work is provided as Attachment 1.
