Defiance Agency, Branch of Transportation, Ft. Defiance, AZ. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation No. 140A0923Q0124 herein cited is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) and will be procured under FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items. The solicitation is set aside 100% for Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises (ISBEE) firms per the Buy Indian Act. The NAICS Code is 238990. Size Standard is $15 million. Vendors are to have this NAICS Code in their SAM.gov certification and representations.
