The Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) is soliciting offers for an permanent pavement marking on paved BIA Routes N12, N15, N6, N60, N31, N9 & N151 within the FDA-BOT Road Inventory in accordance with the Statement of Work for BIA, Ft Defiance Transportation, Ft Definace, Arizona. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation No. 140A0923Q0109 herein cited is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) and will be procured under FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items. Solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-06. The NAICS Code is 237310. Size Standard: $45 million. The BIA, Eastern Navajo Agency, solicits work consisting of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, laboratory, and transportation for the permanent pavement marking on paved BIA Routes N12, N15, N6, N60, N31, N9 & N151 within the FDA-BOT Road Inventory, in accordance with the Statement of Work which is included as Attachment No. One (1). Price Schedule: 1 LS $___________________________ Provide an itemized breakdown of costs.
