This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation No. 140A0923Q0091 herein cited is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) and will be procured under FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items. Solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-06. The NAICS Code is 339920. Size Standard: 750. The BIA, NRO, OFMC, solicits work consisting of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, laboratory, and transportation for installation shade structure over playground for Navajo Indian Reservation at Nenahnezad Community School, Fruitland, New Mexico n accordance with the Statement of Work which is included as Attachment No. One (1). Price Schedule: 1 LS $___________________________ Provide an itemized breakdown of costs.
