This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation No.: 140A0920R0019 herein cited will be procured under FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items. Solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-07. This acquisition is set-aside for Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise (ISBEE) under the Buy Indian Act (25 U.S.C). The NAICS Code is 237310, Size standards in dollars $39.5. The Contractor shall provide pavement marking on six (6) (N19, N5000, N5010, Sanostee, NM and N33, N5018 Red Valley, AZ and N63, Cove, AZ, BIA inventoried routes. The contractor consisting of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and incidentals necessary to BIA, Shiprock Agency, Branch of Transportation, Bldg. 168 North Hwy 491, Shiprock, New Mexico. See attached Statement of Work. Period of Performance: Date of Award through September 30, 2020. 1.
