THIS ACQUISITION IS SET ASIDE FOR INDIAN ECONOMIC ENTERPRISES (NATIVE AMERICAN/ALASKA NATIVE) SOLE SOURCE This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is 140A0720R0009 and is issued as a Request for Quote. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-03D. The solicitation is set-aside for eligible Indian Economic Enterprises (Native American/Alaska Native) and sole-source with the Mescalero Gas Company. The associated NAICS code is 324110. The contractor shall provide PROPANE (LPG) to the Bureau of Indian Affairs, Mescalero Agency, Mescalero, NM. The award will be a base year and four one-year options under a requirements contract. The following items need to be submitted: 1. Page 1 signed, and page 2 filled out. 2. Price per gallon. Enter amount on Page 2, Section 20.
