St. Louis County Sheriff's Office shall provide the BIA-OJS safe and secure detention for tribal detainees within its detention facility for up to 72 hours excluding and court holidays. The Facility shall provide programs and services to those detainees that are classified to receive programming, care, and academic education. The Facility shall also ensure Residents have access to medical care, using Indian Health Service first when possible. If the IHS clinic is unable to provide medical services, then the tribal detainees will be seen by another medical provider within the area. Period of performance: 02/02/2023 ¿ 02/01/2024 with four option years. The estimated value of the proposed action is $250,000 (not to exceed).
