FOREST INVENTORY ANALYSIS ON BEHALF OF THE STOCKBRIDGE-MUNSEE TRIBE OF WISCONSIN SERVICES: The Bureau of Indian Affairs, Midwest Regional Office, has a need for a contractor to provide all labor, materials and incidentals for the development of a Continuous Forest Inventory Analysis on behalf of the Stockbridge-Munsee Indian Tribe, in accordance with the Statement of Work and Terms and Conditions. SET A-SIDE: This solicitation is being issued as an Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise (ISBEE) set-aside. Under the Buy Indian Act, 25 U.S.C. 47, offers are solicited only from Indian Economic Enterprises (Subpart 1480.8) that are also small business concerns. Any acquisition resulting from this solicitation will be from such a concern. Offers received from enterprises that are not both Indian economic enterprises and small business concerns will not be considered and will be rejected. As part of your offer, you must complete and return the Indian Economic Enterprise Representation form, see attachment. NAICS CODE: For informational purposes, the North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) is 541614, Support Activities for Forestry-Fuels Management Services, with a size standard of $20.5m. All bidders will need to be registered in sam.gov at the time of bid opening under this NAICS Code. If not, your bid will not be considered.
