SECURITY GUARD SERVICES DESCRIPTION: Contractor to provide all labor, materials and incidental costs associated with providing Two (2) Level I Security Guards in accordance with the terms and conditions of this solicitation. AWARD: The Government anticipates awarding one firm fixed price contract with a base year and four option years. DATES: Proposals are due December 29, 2023, 5:00pm Central Time. The Government anticipates awards to be made by February 1, 2024, with performance to start April 1, 2024. SOCIOECONOMIC PROGRAMS: This solicitation is being issued as an Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise in accordance with the Buy Indian Act, 25 U.S.C. 47, offers are solicited only from Indian Economic Enterprises (Subpart 1480.8) that are also small business concerns. Any acquisition resulting from this solicitation will be from such a concern. Offers received from enterprises that are not both Indian Economic Enterprises and small business concerns will not be considered and will be rejected. NAICS CODE: For informational purposes, the North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) is 561612, Security Guards and Patrol Services, with a size standard of $29m.
