VARIOUS CULTURAL SURVEYS DESCRIPTION: Contractor to provide all labor, materials and incidental costs associated with completing cultural resource surveys and reports in accordance with the terms and conditions of this solicitation. The BIA, SPRO has thirteen different sites that need a Report with all located in Western Oklahoma. AWARD: The Government reserves the right to make multiple awards to more than one contractor, which will be based on the Evaluation Factors outlined under Section M. DATES: Proposals are due August 23, 2023 by 2:00pm Central Time. The Government anticipates awards to be made by September 20, 2023. SOCIOECONOMIC PROGRAMS: This solicitation is being issued as an Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise in accordance with the Buy Indian Act, 25 U.S.C. 47, offers are solicited only from Indian Economic Enterprises (Subpart 1480.8) that are also small business concerns. Any acquisition resulting from this solicitation will be from such a concern. Offers received from enterprises that are not both Indian Economic Enterprises and small business concerns will not be considered and will be rejected.
