HAZARDOUS FUELS REDUCTION TREATMENT DESCRIPTION: Contractor to provide all labor, materials and incidental costs associated with completing hazardous fuels reduction project in accordance with the terms and conditions of this solicitation. PROJECT LOCATION: North of Anadarko, Oklahoma, Caddo County. AWARD: The Government will award one firm fixed price contract for all work in accordance with the evaluation criteria listed under Section M. DATES: Proposals are due August 18, 2023 by 2:00pm Central Time. The Government anticipates awards to be made by September 20, 2023. SOCIOECONOMIC PROGRAMS: This solicitation is being issued as an Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise in accordance with the Buy Indian Act, 25 U.S.C. 47, offers are solicited only from Indian Economic Enterprises (Subpart 1480.8) that are also small business concerns. Any acquisition resulting from this solicitation will be from such a concern. Offers received from enterprises that are not both Indian Economic Enterprises and small business concerns will not be considered and will be rejected.
