PROJECT TITLE: RENOVATION OF ONE EXISTING HOME - TSELEE PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Contractor to provide all labor, materials and incidental costs associated with the renovation of one existing home. All work shall be completed in accordance with the Statement of Work and Specifications, contract terms and conditions and the Construction Wage Rate Requirements. PROJECT LOCATION: Ft. Cobb, Oklahoma, Caddo County. Approximately 1 mile south of Fort Cobb, OK at the intersection of Hwy 9 and County Street 1330,go West. Turn North on CS 2520. House is the 3rd house on the left/West side. DATES: Bid Opening is set for June 14, 2023 at 2:00pm Central Time. The Government anticipates the award to be made by June 30, 2023, with 90 days to complete all work after Notice to Proceed (NTP) is issued. The NTP will be issued as soon as Alternative Payment Protection requirements are submitted. MAGNITUDE OF PROJECT: As required under FAR Part 36.204, Project Magnitude is between $25,000 - $100,000 SOCIOECONOMIC PROGRAMS: This solicitation is being issued as an Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise in accordance with the Buy Indian Act, 25 U.S.C. 47, offers are solicited only from Indian Economic Enterprises (Subpart 1480.8) that are also small business concerns. Any acquisition resulting from this solicitation will be from such a concern. Offers received from enterprises that are not both Indian Economic Enterprises and small business concerns will not be considered and will be rejected. NAICS CODE: For informational purposes, the North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) is 236115 - New Single-Family Housing Construction, with a size standard of $36.5mil.
