The Bureau of Indian Affairs, Southern Plains Regional Office, intends to award a (1) firm-fixed price contract for Recycling Service. Technical Expertise: The Offeror shall provide a resume for each key personnel working under this potential contract for recycling services. Each key personnel shall have minimum of 2 years of experience of recycling services or similar services. Each individual employed under the contract shall be a citizen of the United States of America, or an alien who has been lawfully admitted for permanent residence as evidenced by a Permanent Resident Card (USCIS I-551). Technical Approach: Offeror shall provide a step by step technical approach on how to accomplish the work and shall include a list of equipment being used. (Attachment 2) 2. Pricing schedule Price: Non-price factors, when combined, are equal when compared to price. But if all offers are found advantageous to the Government then the award will be made by lowest offer.
