In accordance with FAR 36.204, Disclosure of the magnitude of construction projects, the range for this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. This requirement will be awarded as a firm-fixed price contract. Performance and payment bonds and alternative payment protections are required for this award. A bid guarantee is required and shall be submitted with offer. The bid guarantee amount shall be at least 20 percent of the offer price.

The Bureau of Indian Affairs, Southern Plains Regional Office, intends to issue a solicitation for renovations of the LaDonna French Housing Project on or about February 7, 2022, under SOLICITATION NUMBER: 140A0322Q0004. Work will consist of (but not limited to) providing all labor, supervision, material, tools, equipment, supplies, transportation and incidentals necessary to perform demolition, roofing, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC installation. The property is a residential home. Detailed construction specifications will be provided with the solicitation documents. This procurement will be 100% set-aside for Woman Owned Small Businesses. The NAICS code is 236118. The small business standard is $39.5 M. In accordance with FAR 36.204(b) the project magnitude is between $25,000 and $100,000. One (1) firm-fixed price contract will be awarded on a best value basis. SITE VISIT: Site Visit information will be in the posted solicitation. TYPE OF CONTRACT: This will be a firm-fixed price contract expected to be awarded to a prime contractor on or around March 21, 2022. Davis-Bacon Act prevailing wages for Caddo County in Oklahoma, will apply. The Government will award one contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered.
