PROJECT TITLE: VARIOUS ROOF PROJECTS WITHIN THE JURISDICTION OF SOUTHERN PLAINS REGIONAL OFFICE, ANADARKO, OKLAHOMA DESCRIPTION: Contractor to provide all labor, materials and incidental costs associated with the construction of various roof replacement projects. All work shall be completed in accordance with the contract terms and conditions and the Construction Wage Rate Requirements. PROJECT LOCATION: A list of the homes and locations are specified in the Statement of Work. DATES: Bid Opening is set for October 7, 2022 at 2:00pm. The Government anticipates the award to be made by October 30, 2022. Contractor will be expected to complete each roof within 30 days after Notice to Proceed (NTP) is issued. The NTP will be issued as soon as Performance and Payment Bonding is received. MAGNITUDE OF PROJECT: As required under FAR Part 36.204, Project Magnitude is between $25,000 - $100,000 SOCIOECONOMIC PROGRAMS: This procurement is being issued as a Indian Small Economic Enterprise (ISBEE) set-aside. NAICS CODE: For informational purposes, the North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) is 238160 ¿ Roofing Contractor¿s, with a size standard of $16.5mil.
