This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number for this procurement is 140A0321Q0023 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA), Southern Plain Regional Office intends to award a firm-fixed price contract in response to this Request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation documents and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2021-06 dated July 12, 2021. This solicitation is a Small Business set-aside. The associated North American Industry Classification System code (NAICS) is 115310, Support Activities for Forestry and the size standard is $8.0 Mil. Failure to submit the aforementioned information correctly shall make your offer non-responsive, and will shall not receive consideration for award: Section One: SF-1449, Sections 17a, 23, 24, 30a, 30b, and 30c shall be completed with price stated on page 2 (include DUNS number).
